Rebecca who is a personal trainer in Santa Rosa offers the first evaluation and personal training session for free. This will let you meet her and also understand how it feels for you to workout with a santa rosa personal trainer. I was nervous for my first session, feeling out of shape and overweight but Rebecca took the time to explain everything to me.  I will work out now with her one day a week. It feels good to have someone coach me and keep me on track. I am feeling very optimistic at the moment. We are working out together at a very nice Santa Rosa location called eStudio.  In combination I am doing some self-help visualization excercises with eVISIONomics.
